If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items (such as hygiene products, personal care goods, or customized items) cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Return Process
- Contact us via the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address in Australia or overseas (depending on your order).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds / Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If an item is used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition and packaging, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
